Format: Champagne was Ruinart (official sponsor) and flowed all night. All wine and waiting staff were dressed in impeccable black shirts and trousers with long black 'Ruinart' branded aprons and a white linen napkin on the left hand. Each champagne bottle was carefully collared, paying attention to the label of each bottle to ensure it was visible to the guest while serving. A selection of 15 hot and cold canapés was served non-stop for the duration of the event. The canapés were presented on large modern black Perspex displays offset with pink elements and linear herb and foliage décor. Some canapés were presented on black china spoons, on black or pink skewers and in shot glasses. Guests commented on the stunning presentation, delicious flavours and impressive quality of service.
